The Challenge
Set in the AAIA (Aden Adde International Airport) the aim was to create an accommodation camp that could cater to the highest possible standards despite the challenging location. The site was devoid of any infrastructure when building started in 2014.
The Result
With NapCap’s sister company COG at the helm of the building and management process, Chelsea Village opened its doors in January 2015 hosting guests in NapCap accommodation. Today, Chelsea Village offers in-house catering of a remarkably high standard, video conference facilities, office space and camp security compliant with UN-Moss standards as well as CPOs for guests travelling into the city. More NapCap rooms and more facilities are scheduled for the next expansion.
